1. Who we are

The Mirra online shop is operated by Bante SARL, Avenue des Cavaliers 11, 1224 Chêne-Bougeries, Switzerland ("Mirra", "we"). Contact: contact@mirrajewels.shop.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on our website. By placing an order, you accept these terms. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain applicable.

3. Products

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Slight differences in colour, shine or leather grain are possible depending on your screen and on the natural character of the materials. Gold-tone and silver-tone finishes, sterling silver and leather goods need care to keep their finish: see our care guide.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and include VAT where we are required to collect it. Shipping is free. Payment is due when you place your order, by the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Contract

The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or if an item is unavailable; in that case you are refunded in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are described in our shipping policy.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Conditions and the procedure are described in our refund policy.

8. Warranty

Our products are covered by the statutory warranty for defects under the applicable law (in Switzerland, the Code of Obligations; in the EU, the legal guarantee of conformity). We do not offer any additional commercial warranty. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure beyond what is stated on the product page, or lack of care are not covered.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damage.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, photos, logo, design) belongs to Bante SARL or its partners and may not be reused without permission.

11. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland, subject to mandatory rules protecting consumers, who may also bring proceedings in their country of residence.
