What are your jewelry pieces made of?
Most of our jewelry is made of stainless steel (often 316L) or titanium steel, some pieces are 925 sterling silver, and many have a gold-tone finish (they are not solid gold). The exact material and finish of every piece are listed under “Material & details” on its product page.
Genuine leather or vegan leather?
Both. When a wallet or belt is made of genuine leather, it says so on the product page. When it is made of PU, we call it vegan leather (premium faux leather). We never call faux leather “leather”.
Can I wear my jewelry in water or with perfume?
To keep the shine as long as possible, take your jewelry off before swimming, showering or doing sport, and put perfume and lotion on before your jewelry, not after. Stainless steel is the most resistant; gold-tone and silver pieces need a little more care. See our care guide.
I have sensitive skin. Which pieces should I choose?
We cannot make any medical promise. Check the material listed on each product page: many people with sensitive skin prefer stainless steel or 925 sterling silver. If you have a known allergy, ask your doctor for advice.
Do your sunglasses protect against UV?
The UV protection of each model is listed on its product page. Some models are also polarized — it is always stated when it is the case.
Are your watches water resistant? What about the battery?
All our watches run on a quartz movement with a button battery. Water resistance, when there is any, is stated on each product page; if nothing is mentioned, keep the watch away from water. A battery can be replaced by any watchmaker.
Do your watches have a logo?
No. Mirra watches have clean dials with no brand, no logo and no printed name.
Sizes
How do I find my ring size?
Check our size guide: it has a size chart in millimetres with EU, US and UK equivalents, plus a simple method to measure your finger at home.
Which necklace length should I choose?
40 cm sits at the base of the neck, 45 cm just below the collarbone, 50 cm on the upper chest and 55 cm a little lower. See the diagram in our size guide.
Orders & delivery
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then delivery takes about 7 to 15 business days to Europe and Switzerland, and about 8 to 20 business days elsewhere. See our shipping policy.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel ships, you receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow it.
Will I pay customs fees?
For the EU, import VAT on orders under €150 is normally settled before delivery through the IOSS scheme, so you should have nothing to pay at the door. For Switzerland, small orders are generally not charged; for larger orders Swiss customs may charge import VAT. Details in our shipping policy.
My order arrived in several parcels. Is that normal?
Yes. Items can be shipped separately. Each parcel has its own tracking number.
Returns & payment
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Write to us and, in most cases, you don't even need to send the item back. Earrings must be unworn and unopened for hygiene reasons. See our refund policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Available methods are shown at checkout. Payments are encrypted and secure.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order is carefully packed. We don't offer a separate gift wrapping option yet.
