Free tracked shipping
Every Mirra order ships free, with tracking, whatever the amount.
Processing
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. You receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our logistics partner.
Delivery times
- Europe: about 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of the world: about 8 to 20 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates. Delays can happen during peak periods (sales events, holidays) or because of customs or the local carrier. If your parcel has not arrived 25 business days after dispatch, contact us at contact@mirrajewels.shop and we will find a solution.
Several parcels
If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. Each parcel has its own tracking.
Duties and taxes
Our prices include VAT where we are required to collect it. For orders shipped to the European Union, import VAT on orders under €150 is normally settled before delivery through the IOSS scheme, so you should not have anything to pay at the door. For Switzerland, Swiss customs do not collect import VAT when the amount due is under CHF 5 (roughly orders under CHF 62). For larger orders, Swiss customs or the carrier may charge import VAT and a handling fee on delivery. For other countries, local duties or taxes may apply according to local rules.
Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, write to us as soon as possible at contact@mirrajewels.shop.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos if it is damaged). We will send a replacement or refund you.
