14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, without giving any reason.

How it works

1. Write to us at contact@mirrajewels.shop within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and the item(s) concerned.
2. We confirm your request by email within 2 business days.
3. In most cases you do not need to send the item back: once your request is approved, we refund you directly. If we need the item back, we tell you in our confirmation email and the return shipping is free.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation, including the original shipping costs (shipping is free on all orders). Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your account.

Earrings and ear cuffs

For hygiene reasons, earrings and ear cuffs can only be refunded for a change of mind if they have not been worn and their packaging has not been opened. This does not apply to faulty or incorrect items.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send you a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, the simplest is to request a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been dispatched: write to us at contact@mirrajewels.shop as soon as possible.
